People compliment me on my body and how skinny...
but they don’t realise what I put myself through to achieve my body looking as thin as it does. On a good day I’ll only eat one piece of fruit in the morning and then a small portion of dinner. On a bad day I’ll have a proper breakfast, lunch, snacks after school, and a proper dinner.
If only people knew.

Day 3 of Lent Diet:
2 cups of green tea. 1 original sized green tea flavoured boost juice. 1 apple. 1 plum. 1 Small serving of salt and pepper calimari.
Didn’t really stick to my plan of ‘one snack, one meal’ today but I think it’s because I went out to the Fringe, surrounded by such lovely foods. I’ll make up for it tomorrow by eating an apple around lunchtime to last me the day.

Okay this is how the story goes here, boy meets girl, and over comes fear. The last girl that he dated broke his heart, and right now tryna find some hope is hard. But he’s at a new school, gotta fresh few and he says to this girl let me impress you. He starts spitting a rap right Infront of her, tells her everything like he’s in love with her.
Day 2 of Lent Diet:
3 cups of Green Tea One apple One small serving of fat-free yoghurt Small portion of mushroom and tomato pasta Plus 3 drink bottles of water Second day always went well, except I shouldn’t have had the apple as I had already had my yoghurt as my snack for the day :(

It’s weird how I don’t get hungry anymore The amount of water and green tea I drink a day just fills me up that I only need to eat once a day at dinner, where I’m starting to have smaller portions of anyways. I guess this makes me sort of happy?

Day 1 of Lent Diet:
7 bottles of water Cal: 0 3 cups of green tea Cal: 45 (from sugar I added) Thai Green Curry Cal: 430
Exercise: 1 hour of Hiphop Calories burnt: 200
Total Calorie intake: 275/1200
I think that’s pretty good considering I only ate one thing today. First day of Lent went well.
